Edison was an American inventor and also a very prominent business man. He has one of the greatest inventions in the world of science. At the age of 84 years, Edison earned the 1,093 record numbers of patents. Edison was a very big contributor behind inventions in several fields such as phonograph, light bulb and one of the ancient cameras of motion pictures. In many ways Edison has improved the telegraphy technology. These are one of the things that he sold as a businessman. The gadget then was like better than anything, and due to this quality it was purchased at a very high. This was purchased by the Gold and stock company for forty thousand dollars. Being a scientist of many inventions he has face a lot of controversies where is some cases people feel he took credit for what he did not actually invents from scratch. In this articles we are going to discuss the life and contribution of Thomas Edison without forgetting some of the controversies he has faced. From the famous quotes of Thomas Edison, said that is you find 10,000 of ways something won’t work it does not mean that you have failed, discard the misfortunes and go a step further. The early life of Edison is he was raised at Port Huron in Michigan. He was the last born and seventh in his family. He attended school for few months before getting schooled by his mother (Adrian). At an early age Thomas developed hearing problems that would later cause his deafness in his later age. This deafness was contributed by scarlet fever.

Surname 2 During his childhood he had recurring infection of the middle ear. In the middle of Edison’s career, he would be struck to the ears by a train conductor, this also contributed to his impairment in hearing. This happened when his lab had caught fire and he was thrown into the train. Later in his life he’d modify the story to become that the injury occurred when the conductor lifted him by the ears to help him out of a speeding train. Edison’s career was a bit long. Edison’s family vacated to Michigan after canal owners kept the railway out of Milan, Ohio leading to business to sink.in his early life Edson sold Candy and Newspapers on trains (Edison). Later, after he saved three year old Jimmie from being struck by a train he became a telegraph operator. In 1886 he moved to Kentucky as an employee of western union. Edison requested to be granted a night shift so that he can spend enough time to read, research and experiment. He was later fired from the job after his
