I don’t know how to sit back and listen to someone that is lying to me when they are not telling the truth. 3A. Find positive models. Choose a person or several people who perform your interpersonal communication skill well. Observe and record specific aspects of their verbal and nonverbal behavior as it relates to your chosen issue. What do they say? How do they say it? What behaviors would be useful to incorporate into your own repertoire? 3A1. My father is a very good active listening to others, he could pay attention and focus on person that might be lying or telling the truth. He is very known by others and he pay attention and respect others. Even though this skill is hard for some people to improve, but being an active listener, trying not to distract a person while they are telling their side of the story and preparing your questions that you are going ask that person.
