Executive Summary Serendip is an online company that provides one-of-a-kind product for office users, which can be obtained from our website. Serendip offers creative, colorful, and unusual products for users as well as the traditional office standbys. The product offerings are quite a change relative to the existing office supplies, which is quite stagnant.

Company Profile Serendip is located in Calgary, Canada offering exclusive office products for the office cubicles and executives who have everything. Serendip is available 24 hours a day with exclusive products that are not available from anyone else. Serendip’s website offers a large selection of products from traditional suppliers, and exclusive items only available from the website. Serendip will use drop shipping to keep inventory costs down and rent an office in an industrial area. The website services will be rented and run from the cloud. Renting our office will lower our monthly costs. We will not require a storefront to capture the attention of people walking by. Most people find our products are cleaver and a great addition to their office cubical. Serendip servicing will provide a special selection of traditional office supplies. Krause, our purchaser, has advanced skills, industry insight, and exclusive manufacturers. With strong marketing, the campaign will allow Serendip to reach profitability within ten months and generate $300,000 in revenue by the end of year two.
