Powerhouse Prep. (n.d.). Retrieved February 24, 2019, from - problems-that-destroy-teamwork-and-how-to-solve-them/ There is almost always one or more difficult people that you will have to handle in any job you might take on. When faced with a difficult person at work, it makes it hard to carry out your intended tasks and it can also make it hard to complete your job satisfactorily. This short article reviews these issues and it mentions four simple things that can destroy teamwork. A single problematic member can have a dangerous effect on the strength of the entire team. It is important to keep every member of a team strong and facing in the right direction. As listed in this article, self-centeredness, half-heartedness, uncooperativeness, and stubbornness can send the team spiraling in the wrong direction. To fix these issues, all that is needed is to do the opposite. Selflessness, dedication, collaboration, and flexibility are the solutions to these addressed issues. Conquering these four team destroying problems can turn a group of individuals into an effective working team. We believe that this article would be beneficial for a team management class because it is a short, concise, and easy to relate to with important information covered in the article.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
