Lauren Lopes Grappling with Groups Shelley Stahl Math 1020Q 3 November 2015 In this problem, Andy, Barb, Carl and Dawn have been placed together in a group project. When they introduced themselves, Barb wrote down everyone’s name and contact information. When forming their Team Performance Agreement, they agreed that disagreements would be handled by a discussion and majority decision and that team members not participating would receive reduced credit. The group gave Andy the responsibility of typing the TPA to hand it in on Monday when it was due. However, Andy didn’t show up that day. When he returned on Wednesday, he claimed that he kept getting Barb’s voicemail on Sunday night when trying to notify her and didn’t have any other member’s information necessary to contact them.
