Why do you think that Mr. Stack announced to the media what exactly influenced this decision? -I think he did this to make them aware of exactly what made him make this decision, especially because everyone was probably asking and being over curious. 3. It falls on the one best able to prevent the loss.” Kenneth West lost. Tammy Roberts won as a good faith purchaser . -The judge said this because there’s no situation where no one is at fault.
