These days there are many families that are struggling in low income. especially a big family because they have so many children to feed. For instance in our community which averages 5.0 persons per household, and most of the families that have more than 5 members in their household is struggling in poverty. Some of them can't even eat three meals in a day because of short income. Like for example, the one that i have interviewed. She is a plain housewife and her husband’s a tricycle driver, and his daily earnings averages P150.00. and can get up to P250.00 to P350.00 if he works at night. If her husband works 7 days a week, he can earn up to P2,450.00. Their college son works part - time in a shop which he earns 2000 per day he works 6 times a week and adds P1200.00 in their weekly income. That means their monthly earnings can get up to P14,600.00. They have four children, two boys and two girls, two in elementary, one girl in high school, and one boy in college, all of them study in public schools. Their monthly expenses include Foods (P250/day in 31 days) = P7,750.00, School
