AMERICAS HYBRID CULTURE 2 Development of American Hybrid Culture The hybrid culture refers to the integration of a mixture of multiple cultures to form another unique set of people. The European Colonization substantially contributed to the development of American Hybrid cultures. The Columbian exchange marked the era of rapid interchanging of human populations, plants, animals, as well as, culture (Burke, 2017). This occurred between American, Western African, and the old world. Example of the American hybrid cultures includes Latin America, California, which stemmed from the Native Americans. Development of distinct American culture was primarily influenced by the European administration in the American land. This paper, therefore, seeks to explore the origin of how the new American hybrid cultures. Some factors led to the development of the American hybrid culture as a result of the European Expansion.
