MOTOR CONTROL 2 Neuromotor Basis for Motor Control Identify by name and location the four parts of the brain that are the most actively involved in the control of voluntary movement. There are four specific components of the brain that are the directly involved and responsible for controlling our voluntary movement. These four parts of the brain are all located within the cerebrum, which is also referred to as the forebrain. The cerebrum itself consists of two separate halves known as the left cerebral hemisphere and the right cerebral hemisphere. From here, the cortex of each hemisphere also contains four different lobes that are named according to which of the skull bones is the closest to them. The frontal lobe is located most anterior to the other lobes and contains all of the areas of the brain that are essential to the control of voluntary movement. Next, the parietal lobe is located posterior to the central fissure of the brain as well as superior to the lateral fissure. This

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
