According to the APRA guidance CPS 220, an APRA-regulated institution must maintain a risk management framework that is appropriate to the size, business mix and complexity of the institution or group.In addition, An APRA-regulated institution is defined as: authorised deposit-taking institutions (ADIs), including foreign ADIs,and non-operating holding companies authorised under the Banking Act (authorised banking). Therefore,Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, commonly called ANZ, is an APRA-regulated institution as it is authorized deposit-taking banking companyunder the Banking Act. In consequence, ANZ should follow the requirements of APRA guidance CPS 220.The risk management framework of APRA guidance CPS 220 defines material risksmust at least address following risks, the risk taxonomy as below:1.credit risk;
