ASSIGNMENT 42Assignment 4Employer brand is a very important aspect in the business world. If developed properly it could help an organization to grow in the direction and ways the company is trying too.It helps attract the employees that managers desire and helps to keep these employees around. TheOrchards at Foxcrest, a local nursing home, will get their employer brand analyzed for this assignment. Step One – Get InputThe first aspect that must be covered when building an employer brand is getting input. For Fox’s this can be done in a multitude of ways. The internal data can be gathered from the numerous employee surveys they do. Fox’s also holds weekly meeting every Wednesday for department heads. This could be another opportunity to gather internal data on the employer brand. Another way they could go about it is to send a quick survey via email to all their employees to get some more information. Fox’s sends emails consistently to their employees to make sure they are up to date with all the organizations news. Then, Fox’s also needs to get some external data about their employer brand. The town the nursing home is in is a very small close knit community. A good way to get feedback in this situation would be a town hall meeting. That is because about 70% of the town attends these regularly. Another way Fox’s could acquire this data is a poll on Facebook, or maybe hold a small community day. Fox’s could get some pizza, corn hole boards, and some soft ball equipment and organize a community day. Then when all the locals are there, the company could go about asking their questions. There are multitudes of ways to collect this data, but it is very important to get internal and external sources.
As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.
Temple University Fox School of Business ‘17, Course Hero Intern
I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.
University of Pennsylvania ‘17, Course Hero Intern
The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
