Part 1 Answer the questions in the template SPECIFIC to the organization you identified, not generically. Type in the boxes provided. Do not alter the formatting of the template. That way there are different perspectives of the people the manager will be working with and data from the company on what tasks the manager will be preforming. These three methods will help get a better understanding of the job incumbent and what to expect from the position. Also it will help to see if the position is worth the hire. Identify 10 tasks for which the position will be responsible. Write the specific task statements in the table below. The same tasks are to be used for each of the following tables.
