COMPENSATION PLAN OUTLINE 2 Abstract Continuing with my previous research on ATT&T compensation practices now we will look further into their compensation plan and determine if it is appropriate for the company. I will establish the most beneficial ratio of internally consistent and market consistent compensations system for ATT&T. Look over the current pay structure used by ATT&T when it comes to pay and benefits and assess the recognition of employees’ contribution. Selecting two ways to improve the effectiveness of discretionary benefits provided by ATT&T. Evaluate the types of employers-sponsored retirement plans and health insurance programs provided by ATT&T and compare them to their Version. Evaluate the existing compensation plan to determine if it is the most appropriate for your company. ATT&T strategy is very important in terms of keeping the business in line with budgets and matching jobs with the correct salaries and highly competitive job market. Organizations with an attractive compensation packages are offer to the top talents. AT&T continues to subsidize high quality health care for its active employees, retirees, and dependents. I will be looking further into AT&T existing compensation plan. AT&T is one of the largest employers in America, and our goal in these negotiations is to continue to provide and protect high-quality middle-class careers – with wages and benefits that are among the best in the country. They are proud for their longstanding cooperative relationship with their union. Well they are working together with the union to bargain a fair contract that will allow us to continue to provide and protect good middle-class careers, while maintaining the flexibility we need to compete in an extremely competitive industry.[htt10]
