Choose three tips that are listed in Lesson 6 in the Karsh and Fox reading, and then answer the following question: How will the three tips that you chose help increase the chances that you will get grant funding for your organization? Don’t exaggerate- Basically when people are presenting themselves for a grant they tend to overdo it on the application. Don’t try outsmart the people that would be the one to grant the fund. Don’t make it seem as if your organization is the best program in the world, as they’ve probably heard that a thousand times. Make an outline- With an outline it makes sure that we have touched up on all bases and requirements the grantor ask for. It also allows us to have structure with the proposal. Prove it- Upon filling out the application for the funding of the proposal make sure that everything you wrote on that application can be always be proven at any given time. It would also be good to provide statistics and percentages if possible.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
