PTO POLICY 2 PTO policy A favorable condition within a business greatest a better flow of work. For effectiveness in the business activities, various policies should effectively be implemented for bothering their management or the company and the employees. Through business communication, there involves the development of skills connected to productivity within an operational setting such as a company(Lazear, 2014). Good connection and agreement between the customers and the employer create the free flow of activities, and the results are always positive. Some of the policies within the company have been healthy for my company but was taken away, and I have realized that there involve numerous advantages in reinstating them and to putting in place for the effectiveness of both the company and the workers in general. Pay time off (PTO) includes a policy that deals with a time that employ are off due to factors such as vacation, sickness or other emerging issues within the life of the employees. There is no particular rule or national policy about the PTO but every business formulates them for the business, and this forms the reason why I need to restructure the system. Through the development of these strategies, employees will be able to comprehend the expectations and the rules that connect to the company regarding payment amounts (Lazear, 2012). Besides, the policies will help the workers to know the total time that they should work and therefore reduces the misunderstanding of the PTO and payments. Through the creation of the given rules, the workers will be able to make the decisions that will favor them to integrate the particular workers through the business process. PTO policy

PTO POLICY 3 The aim of the system includes the communication of the various elements connected to business operations and the creation of flexibility regarding time, distinguishing that for work and personal factors such as illness or vacation. With the policy there is the management of the absence from work that is not scheduled by the workers or the administration is not aware.
