Business jargons is the specialized language used by members of corporations and bureaucracies. Also known as corporate jargon , business-speak , and bureaucratese . Business jargon typically includes buzzwords, fashion words, and euphemisms. There are business jargons which mostly use in business communication. 1. Baked-in; usually made in reference to a valuation. For example, “the value of this pending achievement is already baked into the share price.” 2. ASAP , This means you’re in panic mode; you need it so fast you don’t even know when you need it!! Spare us the theatrics and just provide a due date. 3. Aha moment , A trendy way of saying you just discovered something important. Suitable substitutes include revelation and insight. 4. At th e end of the day , Any time you write this phrase, your next step is to delete it. 5. Awesome , If you’re describing the Grand gap or the dimensions of the universe, awesome is fine. Otherwise, find a less sensational. 6. Bandwidth , This is a euphemism to make we don’t have time sound like it’s part of the plan. If you simply say you don’t have the time or resources, people will respect your honesty. 7. LOI , Letter of intent. This is an agreement that describes what party A is willing to do to take a risk in party B or its asset(s). It is typically the initial document signed by two parties in the early stage of an acquisition .
