Bandeja Paisa De donde vino: Colombia Ingredientes: Guisantes empapados, huevos cocido, chat masala, cebolla, chiles, sal, pepino, Tumeric en polvo, patatas y agua de Tamarindo 1) Hervir los guisantes empapados con polvo de cúrcuma y sal hasta que estén ternos. 2) Machacar las patatas cocidas y mezclar con guisantes cocidos y chat masala. 3) Take a serving bowl and serve pea and potato mix with 1 chopped egg, cucumber, chilli, onion, 2 fuska crushed and tamarind water.
