Response 1 Hello Positive thinking is a useful technique in stress management because developing a negative attitude will lead to a stressed individual. Therefore, incorporating positive thinking in your stress management is significant as you will be able to get through hard times. I enjoy reading your discussion because I found it interesting when you say that thoughts attract favorable situation when thinking positively. There was a time when I developed a negative attitude with my math class, and I will have to admit that I struggled in this class until when I learned to think positively. Meditation sometimes is a useful technique, but since it is limited to a short time, I believe it is the reason why you didn’t find it helpful in your stress management. I agree with you that Yoga often works well after a workout as it is a muscle relaxation

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
