Patient: Joan Smith What diagnosis have been ruled out o Cardiac Blood Test – Results: Troponin Levels as <0.01 ng/mL means a heart attack can be ruled out because of a normal Troponin level o ECG Report – Results: Normal Sinus Rhythm w/Heart Rate 112/Normal Intervals and Axis/No Hypertrophy/No Evidence of Ischemia/No Evidence of right heart strain o Chest X-Ray – Results – Trachea somewhat deviated to the right was able to be seen by an x-ray of the patients PA.
