WEEK 5: COURSE PROJECT
The objective of this project is to authenticate the kinds of analyses which have been ran
for both patients to eliminate diagnosis. Also, to strategize and recognize future tests and
measures that is needed to according to the diagnoses that is ruled out for the patients, Joan
Smith and Martha Wright. Finally, state five abbreviations discovered in the test/procedure
outcomes for both Joan Smith and Martha Wright’s medical record.

Cardiac Blood Test – Results: Troponin Levels as <0.01 ng/mL means a heart attack can be
ruled out because of a normal Troponin level

Axis/No Hypertrophy/No Evidence of Ischemia/No Evidence of right heart strain

Chest X-Ray – Results – Trachea somewhat deviated to the right was able to be seen by an
