The paper will also discuss the reasons behind the occurrence of such problems and its effects on general learning experience. Next, the paper will tackle some of the consequences in case such problems are not discussed and solved accordingly. Finally, the paper will present different perspectives on the issues discussed and ways that the issue can be approached differently. The concept of career uncertainties has recently acquired popularity as a way of analyzing participation in learning among adults or in college education. In most cases, adult students have already established a career path to engage in as they undertake their education. Some students may not take college education seriously because they feel like it has less impact on their lives as adults. In most cases, it is difficult for students to learn effectively in college because professors are hardly considering their needs. They are treated like some parts of a machine that needs the

Surname 2 knowledge to start functioning. With the old education curriculum, students lose the meaning of college education and fail to decide the career paths they would like to explore after. In his video, Ken Robinson indicates that the main challenge is that the education system never changes to suit the adult learners’ needs. All students are just forced to comply with the same old curriculum with similar requirements and expectations. It does not provide room for adult learners to decide which career path they would like to engage. He also indicates that the education system has not changed; it is old and does not prepare the students for the future.
