Every great and successful business begins with an idea and putting those thoughts and dreams in to tangible action. Usually these ideas are born from one persons dreams and aspirations as to what their business will look like down the line as it grows. Before these entrepreneurs dive in to real-life action, they all go through a pen and paper / think tank process, as well as handling all of the beginning operational duties themselves. Some businesses begin with a small team of like-minded individuals who share a common vision and mission thataligns with the business from it's initial, first phase.
