ANALYSIS Earlier in Part A of the case study we have identified the various Operational, Strategic, Financial and Hazardous risks associated with the company which we have selected, Apple. All these risks have direct impact on the operations of the company. The risks identified under financial quadrant was investment in higher risk securities, US china trade war, Third part withdrawal and Smartphone market trend. It involves apples new investment plans to invest in high risk securities to yield higher returns. Also, the ongoing trade war between China and US imposes huge risks on Apple as 20% of apples revenue come from China. Hazard risks was focused on personal risk incurred to the company by the death of the founder Steve Jobs and Legal risk which caused a liability of $506 million for Apple to Qualcomm for
