Before the test If you need the bathroom, go BEFORE you enter the venue Ensure that you are in the correct venue allocated to you on Vula Ensure you arrive at your venue 15 minutes before the commencement of your test. Invigilators will allow you to enter the venue approximately 10 minutes prior to the commencement of your test. Enter quietly and fill the venue from the FRONT.

Once inside the venue Place the necessary stationery on your desk, all books, notes etc should be packed away and placed in your bag. Cellphones must be SWITCHED OFF and placed IN YOUR BAG. No cellphone may be on your person or desk Place your bags under your seats.

Once inside the venue You will be required to fill out an Attendance slip Ensure that your student card is placed on top of your completed attendance slip so that we may confirm
