The course is designed for non-accounting business majors: we will focus on what you need to know to be able to make decisions in your own functional area, such as marketing, finance or operations, rather than what you would need to know to be an accountant.

BBA Core Course Syllabus Spring 2019 3 Teaching Methods The course is based on in-class lectures, which introduce the main business concepts and analytical tools of managerial accounting and illustrate how these concepts and tools should (and should not) be used to analyze business decisions.
