Teachers and leaders in the school system go through training all during the year to keep them up to date on current trends, policy changes and online learning software that will be helpful in and out of the classroom. The professional dispositions of learners and the model code of ethics for educators are an integral part of any educational career and must be adhered to in order to be successful.Teachers who show great dispositions can pay attention to how the students are learning and figure out what is working and what is not. Teachers who are diligent have no problem when someone gives them a suggestion that may make the teaching process easier or help the students learn better. If it will help the student’s, they will either try it or evaluate the idea as to whether they think that it would be effective in their classrooms. These are the teachers that are most respected in a learning community.We have teachers and leaders in the school where I work that go to conferences off and on during the year to learn what is working in other schools around the country to find new ways to
teach and keep students interested. They are always learning something new. These are qualities
