Surname 3 Executive summary This report is presented to Bloomin' Brands, Inc. company as an analysis of the major issues that arise when management workers who belong to international companies. The human relations theory were analyzed and it was recommended that Henry Fayol and Waterman and peters theories were sufficient to handle this issues because they emphasize on worker management and human being practices. A number of communication issues and crises management were also highlighted and the solutions to address this issues were provided. Intellectual relations and cultural barriers and solutions were also addressed. Lastly is the ethical issues that arise and an evaluation of the four rules for strategic ambiguity was analyzed.

Surname 4 Introduction Bloomin' Brands, Inc. is an American owned company that operates fine dining restaurants, casual and upscale casual via two segments. An international and US segments where the US segments take care of the brands within the US and international segment involves all the brands operating outside the US. Bloomin' Brands, Inc. began as a multi-venture partner in 1988, in Florida by Tim Bob and Chris. In the recent past, the company has managed to come up with a portfolio of four restaurants concepts. As par, the report that was produced in April 2017, the number of restaurants that the company was owning and operating in the US were more than1500 and 48 more that were outside the US ( Ro, 67). The major issue that has led to this analysis is the management of the workers. The company is operating in more than one country and as the effect leading the workers coming from different states with diverse cultures. Bloomin' Brands, Inc. is a vertical organization, therefore, this paper is going to discuss worker management related issues and generate a recommendation. Human relation theories Henry Fayol theory This is one of the best human relation theory that can be employed in this organization. This theory depicts a model on how the management will interact with the personnel. According to fall, the following are the means through which Bloomin' Brands, Inc. can control and plan for its optimal production.
