Personality types are apparent, but his or her actions, logic or how he or she sees and navigate in their surroundings is what separates personality styles and how each person responds when their authority is challenged. Using different leadership styles means that an individual can adapt when put in different situations. This means he or she can transfer from one business action to another at the appropriate time. It is essential for a person to know his or her leadership style because it is beneficial in sharpening managerial skills. Business cultures and personalities can be very different. In the world of commerce, there is constant change, when traveling through your career, dealing with different situations. Different kinds of experience can be gained through training modules. This is real-world company warfare, and it promises to be raw. What style of leadership a person is identified with specific actions and tendencies that a person takes while performing day-to-day managerial duties.
