#1 Price - This is what marketers value their products at to customers competitively with the competition. Price is a factor of consumer value. Promotion - This is how marketers encourage purchase of their product to the consumer, and also this is where they can persuade and reassure the benefits and value of their products to the consumer. Product - This is the money maker. It is the specific item that is being marketed to the consumer. Marketers must differentiate this item from all other competitors similar products in order to gain status alongside or above the competition if they want a chance at being successful in their sales.
