Project Introduction Amazon Inc. Company is a worldwide company that embraces and emulates technology. This technology is greatly experienced through Business to Consumer e- business model, Cloud computing and more so the artificially acquired knowledge. The Business to Consumer model focuses on direct business transactions between the company and the consumers. In this concept, consumers are the final users of the good products and services of the company. Business to Consumer e -business has always been referring to companies as well as retailers that sell good products and services via the internet to the consumers. B2C is one of the most widely known and used model that maintains a good rapport with its customers and ensures an internal emotional perception to the marketing sector of the company. Amazon Inc. Company focuses on B2C model as it targets consumers who include manufactures, brokers and advertisement sites. The company does business through increasing its shares in a capitalization manner. It also performs the distortion of the existing markets and comes up with new markets. By doing so, it acquires a competitive advantage against performing products and business alliances in the market.B2C model enables Amazon Company to intensify and work extensively to become competitive in the market where different businesses foster and compete to reach consumers. Amazon as accompany embraces a collective and appealing brand name for its products and service to the consumers based on the approach of satisfying consumer and the market need. This name adds value to the commodities of the company. Brand equity is reached at when there is mutual appealing, approach and perception to the brand name between the company and the final consumers and the customers. Amazon through B2C model brings diverse products into the market that creates an innovative version in competitive market. The products include; App store, Echo, Kindle and Video.

Background and context Regarding to the Amazon Inc. Company, Amazon propagated the electronic commerce model for online businesses where the transactions were done through the internet. Since there was a tremendous shift in to online transactions in businesses, the electronic business has been viewed as a site of creating income through online businesses. As a marketing giant on electronic commerce she had a realization of absence of leadership in the online business industry. Amazon realized the gap that existed between distant consumers and products; she focused on creating and expanding of online mail whereby individual goods and services dominated on every page. The desire to attract consumers who have the intention and willingness to sought goods and services in the profitable online store.
