Team Management Policies The “Project Child Save” team management polices are outlined below. This is the document each member of the team has agreed to and is bound to abide by, throughout the duration of this project. Each member will be held accountable to this charter and any decisions regarding changes/unmet expectations must be handled internally within the confines of the group. Find below, each member initials on the signature line, indicating full participant and agreement to this project charter. Team Structure. Project Child Save team consists of four members, each with an equal stake in making the project successful. Ty Ritter is the client/stakeholder for this project. He will determine the best use of the deliverables described, upon completion of this project. Those who have been abducted or affected by child abduction are those we are seeking to help with project. Project Child Save team structure and responsibilities are depicted below. Brad will operate as the project manager and delegate work on reports and delivery of deliverables to each of the team members.
