AUDIT 2 Abstract The following document contains the internal audit for Project Child Save. It contains the formal inquiry and probing into the status of this project. Current statuses, future statuses, critical management, limitations, lessons learned, and team performance are all discussed by the auditors (Team Project Child Save). The goal of this audit report is to provide a comparative document to analyze predicted outcomes to the outcomes that have actually happened. From a high level, Team Project Child Save is on track with the scope and completion of activities. Costs have been adjusted as the project has grown.
