Overview AMG, Inc. AMG, Inc. Is a financial services company that operates in six different business segments. These different business segments include: Credit cards, personal loans, home loans, insurance, savings, and brokerage. In 2001, AMG, Inc. was a Fortune 500 Company recognizing roughly $22 billion in annual sales revenue. The company tailored its financial services specifically for the use of individual consumers and small businesses which was typically accomplished through their credit card services, loans, and it’s other services. AMG held more than 20 locations in the United States and held several other locations in major countries around the world. Forsythe Technology Forsythe technology was a company that was established in 1970 with operations intended for the sole purpose to sell and lease computer systems. Partners Rick Forsythe and Jim McArthur grew the company and within several years McArthur decided to sell his shares of the company to Forsythe.
