Assessment Task 2: BSBPMG522 Undertake project work Mustafa SARIYILDIZ 1.3 – Implementation As per the Project Plan submitted, the following are the details of how the project is being implemented. Change requests Any changes in scope, time, quality or budget has to be identified and negotiated with the key stakeholders prior to the sign-off of the project plan. In the “MLR Safety& Legal Awareness Day” project, no much change requests has to be made except in the timeline. The details of the change requests submitted and negotiated with the stakeholders is outlined in the table below: Change request – Project Issued by Mustafa SARIYILDIZ (Project Manager) Item affected Total budget of the project Nature of change requested The total budget of the project be increased from $15,000.00 to $16,000.00 Reason for change Considering the importance of the success of the project, it is suggested that more time be allocated in the preparation of the program contents/outline. Apart from the main event, that is the awareness program, it is also suggested that good food apart from just simple refreshments be provided to the participating agents. Impact on scope This change request does not have any impact on the scope of the project as the scope remains as it is. Impact on budget This change request escalates the cost of the project by about $1,000.00 more than the actual budget assigned. Issues log Any issue that arise during the implementation of the project are considered as risks. Therefore, these risks should be recorded when it arises and a proper recovery strategy should be carried out so that the progress of the project is not hampered.
