CROSS-CULTURAL MANAGEMENT 2 Cross-Cultural Management Introduction Modification of the recruitment process and the hiring process successfully leads to the acquisition of a culturally diverse workforce. The step that follows after this is the successful engagement and support for the employees. Enhanced diversity calls for enhanced inclusiveness. Inclusiveness, on the other hand, enhances harmony in the workplace. To achieve this cultural harmony and inclusiveness, the National Integration Working Group for Workplaces provides various recommendations of practice which can be implemented in the workplaces. These include; “Establishment of a business case, Management commitment, Recruitment, Performance management and workplace activities” National Integration Working Group for Workplaces (n.d. p. 11).
