Explain how you use social media to lead your company? We use social media as a marketing channel for the business in which we offer them info and details about our brand in general and the products on our website in particular. We also use it as a form of customer service, in which many customers find it easier and faster (getting quick and direct responses) to contact us regarding any inquiry they have through social media instead of emails of phone calls. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCOVERY AND STRATEGY QUESTION RESPONSE Explain how you align social media usage to achieve your business goals? Through using social media, we were able to achieve our goals of increased brand awareness and increased sales. For each specific goal, a specific channel is chosen to achieve this goal. By knowing the number of our followers and measuring the sales we get after posting in social media, we track the degree of achievement of these goals. What are your policies for social media? What are your procedures for social media? Policies & Procedures: o Employees are allowed to post general info about the company. o Sharing any sensitive company information or content such as financial, operational, plans, etc. is not allowed o Dishonorable, negative, or spam posts and content in not allowed o Our brand social media addresses should be incorporated in any post about the brand to be shared o Use of social media should not interfere with work o Employees engaging in commenting or replying on any post concerning the brand should keep in mind general rules and guidelines of posting and commenting o
