Instructions: In both essays ‘There are missing references and footnotes. Please add more of them. When there are information’s included in essay’s apart from the articles given by me, please add footnotes in APA and references. Each essay should have over 15 references/footnotes. There was a mistake in spacing not 2.0 spacing but 1,5 line spacing Each essay 3 pages = total 6 pages Below there are articles which contains information’s that should be added in essay 1 and 2. To make it easier, I included page numbers in the brackets. There are key information’s highlighted, not all of them but most Essay 1: Please include more theory about leadership in essay and explain it according to the Enron case: Responsible Leadership – Pathways to the future (Lecture 6 2 nd reading ) Responsible leadership – how is it understood and how we can apply it to the Enon’s case - page 4 -5 (What is Responsible leadership ?) relevant parts have been highlighted by me. Page 5-6 further about Responsible leadership Ethical leadership - page 6 , please explain ethical leadership and apply it to the Enron case, by examine the company’s lack of ethical leadership / what went wrong in the company according to the ethical leadership? VERY important to include. Servant leadership – page 6 – concerns on followers; not focused on leaders; contradictory to self-centered leadership. Responsible and servant leadership not go towards fulfilling their own needs, concerned about interests of others not theirs. Elaborate about both.
