The main long-term goal I have for this semester is to obtain the required cumulative GPA of 3.00 in order to be eligible for the Smeal College of Business when sophomore year rolls around. This means that I would need to produce at least a 3.177 GPA over 17 credits to meet my goal. However, I am going to try to shoot for at least a 3.5 this semester. Several of my short- term goals during this semester will help me achieve my overall goal of getting a 3.00 GPA. I want to develop a better time-management plan that will allow more time for school and study time but to leave room for some free time. This may include more use of a schedule, planner, and even a calendar. I will have to learn to prioritize subjects that I have trouble with and require extra attention. Instead of going out, and then attempting to do school work, I will finish the work and then have free time. Better time-management will make my goal GPA easier to obtain. In the past, I have had a major problem with procrastination on assignments. I would
