Men, women and children are exploited as merchandise for slavery, prostitution, Satanist rituals as well as organ transplants. Human trafficking has been in existence for several centuries since the beginning of the development of controlled civilizations. The Organization for International Labor approximated that 2.4million individuals get trafficked yearly around the world. Trafficking of humans has become a worldwide concern that has affected millions of lives both physiologically and mentally. Difficult situations and conditions of poverty are the key factors that traffickers utilize in convincing their victims to move from their countries and go to better places where they would d be assured of a better life. Human trafficking has evolved over the years to become an enormous challenge for the global economy. Human Trafficking over the years Even though the history of human trafficking can be traced back during the onset of the fifteen century in Egypt, Europe had started campaigns regarding slavery trading that had been taking place between Portugal and Africa. Grand Britain joined the campaign in 1562 and started creating colonies for plantations in the African territory ( Kendall & Markus, 76). The UN signed an agreement in New York in 1904 that had the intention of ending the white slavery, an unjustified practice that had deceived and even forced the white young as well as old women to take part in prostitution. After the end of the WW1, the League of Nations was created in 1927 to play the role of not only ensuring peace globally but also preventing increased human trafficking. After reconsidering human trafficking agreement that had been signed in 1904, the league changed its name to the “Traffic Suppression in children and women,” where there was not to be discrimination of the children and women’s gender and race ( Ransmeier, 128) . At the same time, the team began carrying out investigation of the US Eastern and Western coasts for activities of trafficking. Through the analysis they could gather information concerning the involvement of women in prostitution, the surrounding that such women were living and the types of operating trafficker organizations. During WWII, the Japanese government had in 1932 enacted a system of sexual slavery and prostitution to all women in Asia. The circumstances that these women were living were terrible while they had been imprisoned in houses, surrounded by barbed wire. They were continuously tortured and violated in the booth spaces they had been detained. A good number of women did not survive through such kind of treatment and ended up dying after developing fatigue and illness ( Oram et al., 1073) . Even though the Japanese had come up with those
