EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE Response 1 I agree, it is true that Emotional intelligence (EI) entails the capability of having knowledge of how to utilize and also manage our emotions as well as others so that the emotions can be beneficial to us on our daily lives. I also concur with the fact that emotional intelligence is divided into four major components. Emotional intelligence is also about ability to harness those emotions and apply them to tasks like thinking as well as problem solving as well as ability to manage emotions, which comprises of both regulation of an individual’s own emotions Response 2 I agree, emotional intelligence has four components which comprise of; social awareness, self-management, relationship management and self-awareness. An emotionally intelligent person is both highly conscious of his or her own emotional states, even negativity
