GAMBLING WITH FRIENDS AT WORK My chosen topic for discussion is gambling with friends at work, the reason as to why I have chosen this topic is because in the past few years organizations have been facing this problem. Most of the employees in organization take part in various forms of gambling, this makes it hard for them to perform their duties well. This increase in the availability as well as the accessibility of online gambling means gambling in the workplace, and during working hours, is now likely to take place than it has ever happened. This phenomenon is making businesses highly vulnerable as compared to the issues which are arising as a result of gambling ( Hartley, 2010 ).
