Retrieved from Education is an ongoing process still in today’s society and realized by the current learning styles. In the article, the main focus is on what learning is, learning theories, classical and operant conditioning and principles of conditioning. Every individual is different and learn differently depending on social, cultural and economic situations from the minute their born until we die. When an individual is learning something new, it takes practice after practice to make sure they fully understand and become good at it. Every individual is different but typically, they have to receive, evaluate and solve the particular task to be able to present out into the real world no matter what the job is. Despite every individual being different, when an individual is classified as being healthy; they need to have physiological, psychological and academic qualifications to succeed in life. The main purpose of the study to focus on a police officer would be to form concepts of teaching principles of learning methods like conditioning, strengthening, repetition, stimulus and awarding. I chose to put this in my paper because education is so important and each individual learns differently. There is different ways to learn and understand
