DEVELOPING INDIVIDUALS, TEAMS AND ORGANIZATIONS Introduction For effective business growth, competitive business policy and high productivity are required. The HR professionals play in important role to structure the workforce to increase performance. They adopt High-Performance Work Practices (HPWPs) for improving the performance of an organisation. Various factors can affect the HPW activities such as commitment of the employee, job satisfaction, motivation and working condition within the organisation. HR professionals should examine all these factors and resolve the relevant issues, which are affecting the CPD (Continuing Professional Development). In addition, the HR team should communicate with the employees to identify their skill related issues, so that proper training can be given to improving their performance. Further, all the employees should be engaged with HPW activities, and they should work in a collaborative work culture. This strategy will help to improve the commitment
