POST Donny’s leadership philosophy can be termed as Authoritative which literally means trustworthy and this can lead to success. His style is Affiliative that means he leads his team to right way and always supports them. Strengths and weaknesses as a leader Donny’s strengths as a leader are that he always support his team. He rates his team members as negative and positive based on their performances Donny’s weakness is that he gets furious very quickly and this has made him stubborn. Strengths and weaknesses as a manager The strengths are that he is an expert and he always tries to keep the team on right path. He motivates them to give excellent results and he collects daily reports of the performances of his team mates.
