Dunn's Ski Emporium is a business that was founded twenty-five years ago by Joseph
Dunn. The business is located in the Rocky Mountains of Vail town, Colorado. The company
mainly specializes in selling skiing equipment's and doing their repairs. This sporting store helps
the skiers with their challenged ski or broken equipment. Dunn's Sporting store carries its
operations in the Step Mountains of Colorado. This is comprised of trails, terrains, and chairlifts;
and access to glades, cruisers, terrain parks, steeps, and half-pipes; it provides powder tours,
cross-country skiing, ski/snowboard and snowshoe tours. The company's employees are always
there to provide training facilities for the beginners and families; organizes sporting activities and
events, and offers off-slope activities.
The company's building is known for its cozy ambiance that has western decor and two
other store fireplaces that have large windows facing the Rocky Mountains. The business usually
specializes in turnaround times on repairs and pick up in one day on the new equipment. This has

business from both the visitors and the locals (Jones, 2010). The skiers have the opportunity to

rewarding place to work and that the community a desirable place to live. The business respects
