I read my classmate’s post and the question that came to my mind is what the best way for operating systems to cater to elderly users is. My classmate states that Google phones, which have a Linux-based OS and kernel, handle android applications and they are handy for elderly users as they are not restrictive as devices running on other operating systems. Based on personal experience and research, I can say that operating systems need to come up with ways to accommodate elderly users.
