Lesson Plans – Tuesday, December 6 th , 2016 Day E- Art Notes: 2 nd Grade Meeting 8:40-9:00 Lunch Count, Homework Check, Assignment Book, Attendance Morning Work: Grammar Packets 9:00-10:15 Math STANDARDS: SMP.1, SMP.2, SMP.3, SMP.4, SMP.6 (Lesson 3 Day 1 and Chapter Review) Students will read, understand, and solve real-world multiplication and division problems showing their work with whiteboards and counters. Students will review for their chapter test on Thursday by showing their understanding of multiplication and division through the workbook Chapter Review pages. o Chapter 5 Lesson 3 Day 1 (143-146) o Workbook pages (115-117) o Chapter Review (p. 145) Workbook (p.121-126) o Materials: Math textbooks, Math workbooks, Counters, Whiteboards 10:15-10:20 ELA Warm-Up 10:20-11:15 Wonders Day 4 and 5 Students will demonstrate their knowledge of main topic and key details that support the topic by verbally talking about the main topic and key details of “Bears and Baby Bears”
