Discussion 4 - GRU airport.docx - Last time I flew was out...

This preview shows page 1 - 2 out of 3 pages.

Last time I flew was out of Miami International Airport heading to Guarulhos International in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Going through the terminal when I arrived at Miami was tough. The airport was packed because I was flying out of there on Christmas Eve, which i recommend everyone to not do. We took an uber from the house to the airport, so getting dropped off wasn’t a problem, once inside, the directions were clear and everyone appeared to know where they were going. After checking in and going through security, we began our long hike to the gate. Thankfully, Miami has moving walkways to expedite the walk. Once we got the gate, boarding the plane and taking flight was the next step. The confusing part was landing in Brazil in an extremely crowded airport. Once we started deplaning, everyone just kept moving straight to the baggage claim, and from there it was a straight shot out of the airport. Surprisingly, everything on our arrival went smoothly and efficiently, with us going from the airplane to being in a car in under an hour. The airport itself was incredibly clean and well maintained.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
