It’s an enormous closet and she now sees snow, finds a lamp post, a half goat and half man standing in front of her. From the waist upward, he was like a man, but his legswere shaped like a goat’s and instead of feet he had goat’s hoofs! His tail was long because it curled up neatly over the arm holding the umbrella to keep it from trailing in the snow. He had a red woolen muffler round his neck. And his skin was rather reddish too. He had a strange, but pleasant little face, with a short-pointed beard and curly hair, and out of the hair there stuck two horns, one on each side of his forehead. He was a FAUN!! He looks as though he had Christmas shopping bags Chapter 2What Lucy Found There After she runs into the Faun, Lucy if she is a Daughter of Eve.
