Does this situation count as an example of breaking that law? If the person did break the law, what's the appropriate punishment?
How to increase one's chances of winning? People used to use Tropes. Weapons of speech (Tropes) that people use to win high regard from their peers and lower their enemies. o "Emulation" - Rivalry, fighting your enemy, mirroring your enemy, enmity Use: you are noble and good if you face a challenge and concur it, but it you don't it means you are afraid of losing and therefore shameful The rivalry happens in view of other people (when people are open to challenges)
