Maximum heart rate also varies from person to person based on their age, so 204 bpm for a sixteen year old is normal. Pertaining to the target hear rate, 137 bpm is normal for moderate exercise. Heart rate was calculated by counting beats along wrist. Each of the heart rates were within normal range. Possibly reasons why the heart rates were within normal ranges were that the person has a moderately healthy lifestyle.From the results, I have learned about the healthy heart rates and their counterparts and what to do in order to keep your heart healthier. One way I plan on improving my cardiovascular health
